Stayed here for one night, everything was perfect, I loved magnificent and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was near to the airport and downtown, the city center and downtown. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Plaza Victoria. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff superfriendly. The bedrooms were super clean.

I had a great stay at Hotel Z3 in Pereira. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to guide me in the right direction and ensure that all my needs were met. The room itself was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Despite being situated on a busy road, I was pleasantly surprised that noise was not an issue during my stay. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Hotel Z3. I would definitely recommend it to others.

You can enjoy a delicious steak dinner at Patagonia Mía, located within walking distance of the hotel.

There is no complementary coffee or water in the hotel rooms or reception area, but you can easily purchase these from the restaurant or nearby shops.

We absolutely loved the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our romantic escape unforgettable. The restaurant staff were so cheerful and helpful that we didn't miss having complimentary coffee or water, as delicious drinks and meals were always available to order. The hotel's key location close to the airport made our departure stress-free, and the clean and comfortable room with a window provided stunning views of the surrounding area.

While the staff's passion and positive attitude made up for the lack of complementary coffee and water, the fact that the kitchen remained closed and we had to pay for bottled water was a bit disappointing. , the tight parking spaces in front of the hotel were a bit challenging to navigate, but the staff helped us with our luggage and made the process smooth.
